Questions

Find quick answers about how we work and the first contact.

How does the first conversation work?

Dr. Jin learns about your situation, looks at the documents and explains the possible options, the risks and the fees before any engagement.

How are fees set?

Fees depend on the type of case and are presented clearly before any engagement.

How should I prepare for my consultation?

Bring the documents for your case: contract, termination papers, court summons, case number, the statement showing the account freeze or letters you have received. Writing down the dates of what happened also helps. Clear preparation helps the lawyer understand your situation better from the start.

Do you serve people who live in Paraguay or another country?

Yes, when the matter is in Brazil, such as documents, property, inheritance, debts or taxes. Service can be provided in Portuguese or Spanish. See services for Brazilians living abroad

What about attorney confidentiality?

Professional confidentiality is a duty of the lawyer under Brazil's Statute of the Legal Profession (Estatuto da Advocacia) and the Code of Ethics of the OAB (the Brazilian Bar Association). What you tell us about your case is protected, except in the exceptions provided by law itself.
